Opened in 1997, the branch stands in a prominent corner position in Duke Street next to the Cathedral and we are pleased to say we have been market leaders in the county city for a number of years. 

This busy office is managed by Alex Beresford who also lives locally and has a team of 9 sales staff who have built up a considerable amount of experience and knowledge of the local area. 

The branch works closely with the Country Homes department as many of the village properties are marketed on a joint basis providing local and regional coverage. We currently have a wide yet constantly changing selection of flats and houses for sale in Chelmsford and the surrounding areas.
