Dealing with commercial agency, the candidate will be working within a small team in the sale and letting of industrial, office, retail and investment properties, working closely with the other commercial departments: Lease Consultancy/ Valuation and Asset Management. The candidate should have good report writing skills, a basic understanding of the commercial property sector, awareness of local property markets, specifically in the MII/A120 corridor, be self motivated and comfortable working to deadlines.
